In Remembrance of Matthew Bailey
We would like to take a moment to recognize a great man, husband, son, friend and human being that lost his life entirely to soon. Matt Bailey was an EMT-IV Technician, a member of the Quillen College of Medicine Class of 2015 and a dear friend to all. Matt had a passion for learning emergency medicine and helping others and his professional goal in life was to become an Emergency Medicine physician and an EMS medical director.
When Dr. Eason spoke at his memorial service, he challenged each of us to take Matt’s compassion for others, his love for learning and to make a positive impact in the world. He challenged us to change the world, as Matt would have done. This conference was created in that spirit. It is our hope that you will gain valuable information to help your patients and your community. We hope you pass it along.
